Your Initial Consultation is FREE with no obligation to continue with therapy. This is to give you an opportunity to meet Jeff and informally discuss how we can help you. If you wish you may bring a friend or partner with you.

• Therapy Sessions: £60 per session.
• Stop Smoking Session: Carried out in one consultation and will cost £120.
• Hypnosis in Childbirth
• Special dispensation exists for Service Personnel, ex Service Veterans and their families by arrangement.

Cancellation of Appointments

If your appointment is cancelled with longer than 48 hours notice there will be no cancellation fee. If appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you may be charged the full session fee. Your cancellation may have lost someone else the opportunity for therapy.

How long?

A session normally will be around an hour, although it can be longer on occasions. A ‘Stop Smoking’ session is usually about 2 hours. Your first session will take longer than subsequent sessions as it takes longer to get to know you and understand your issue.

How many?

This will depend on the issue but SFT is a very effective therapy and takes far less time than other counselling. Our aim is to get you to your goal in as few sessions as possible and many clients are able to make significant changes after just one session. In most cases, as long as you want to make the change, only 2 or 3 sessions will be needed.
